Conference Office & Information Desk

The Conference Office and the Information Desk are the point-of-contact for the participants of the DPT. The opening hours and additional information can be found under the corresponding headers.

Conference Office

At the Conference Office all participants have to registrate themselves when they arrive to receive their badge and a bag which contains the abstract booklet and addition documents about the conference. Furthermore, the Conference Office is your contact point if you have questions about the conference.

If you have already paid your registration fee, we ask you to bring the confirmation of participation with the barcode with you. The barcode is needed to print your badge. Only members of the DPG can also check in with their membership card 2012.
Of course, you may registrate yourselves during the day.

Participants of the WE-Heraeus-Förderprogramm receive confirmation of participants together with their badgets. Please, let it stamped at the Conference Office of the Information Desk on the day you depart.

Information Desk

Close to the Conference Office the local organisation committee offers an Information Desk. Here you get further information about the conference, public transport and other questions.

When you arrive, this is also the place where you can buy your tickets for the guided tours and the Conference dinner.
