Conference office

The conference office are the central contact points for all participants of the DPT 2016 in Hamburg. Here you have to register and get your conference bag and conference badge. Additional information including opening hours are listed below.

Conference office

After arrival please register at the conference office, which is located in building 1 seminar room 1b (O1.016). You will get a name badge and a bag containing additional information about the conference, the program booklet and a coffee cup for the coffee breaks.

If you have already paid the conference fees upon registration, please bring your attendance certificate to the conference office. Then, the bar code will be used to print your name badge.

DPG members can use their current membership card (2016) for registration.

Participants of the WE-Heraeus-Förderprogramm will also receive an attendance certificate for that program. On the day of departure please have the certificate stamped at the conference office or information booth.

Cloakroom

In the foyer of building 5 in front of the auditorium the cloakroom, which is hosted by the local organizing committee will be located.
