Cancellation of participation

If you can not participate at the conference for unpredictable reasons after having registered, please send an e-mail to the organizers as follows:

• for cancellation of your talk or poster - to the DPT organizers (for email address see under Contact/Organizers)

• For cancellation of conference participation  please inform Mrs. Beatrice Hensel ()

If you have already paid the registration fee at the time of the cancellation we will contact you by e-mail regarding the reimbursement of the fee.

In case of cancellation of the conference participation after 30 August 2018 a cancellation fee of 20, - EUR will be deducted in reimbursement.

For cancellations after 5 October 2018 is no refund possible.

Please note that the refund will granted after the conference earliest mid-October 2017.
