Conference Fee

 

  Early-bird-fee
For participants, who register online until 30.8.2018 AND pay until 6.9.2018.
(Payment must be credited to bank account of DPG e.V. on 6.9.2018 latest!)
Normal fee
For participants, who register online starting on 31.8.2018 or later on spot at the conference office.

*The reduced fees are available for members of the DPG as well as for members of the associated societies of the DPG. “Student members” are defined as students preparing for the following degrees: Bachelor, Master, Diploma, 1. Staatsexamen. Please note that PhD students are not considered as being students anymore. When you register as a student member you need to present a student identification card at the registrations desk, where it is clear from, that you are not a PhD student.

The fee includes a ticket for public transport in Oldenburg, the all coffee breaks during the conference, the welcome reception, your name badge, a conference bag, the Programme book, the access to all conference scientific events and the conference dinner.

The fee does NOT include any other dinners. Accommodation is NOT included in the conference registration fee.

Note that the ticket for public transport is issued together with the registration on site, and additional costs to arrive on the first day have to be paid individually.
