Experiments at the MPIK
The program of the MPIK consists of two experiments for pupils who are in the 8th or higher class:
- Building a cloud chamber
- Model of an ion trap
Each experiment lasts for about 40 minutes. In total, the complete program lasts about 1.5h.
The program is only offered on Thursday, October 31st 2013.
It begins at 14:30. The meeting point is in the foyer of the library of the MPIK.
There is a limit to a maximal of 16 pupils.

Note: We ask the participants to take the bus nr. 39 to “Königsstuhl” which leaves at the Bismarckplatz at 14:00 in order to arrive on time. The bus stop is called “Kernphysikalisches Institut”.
