Conference Dinner

This year there will also be "special-topic" tables at the conference dinner for which you can sign-up for during the conference. Chosen speakers at the conference will be seated at these tables and are willing to answer all your questions concerning the carriers in research and industry, as well as to talk about their own expierences.

Thus, the special-topic tables offer an excellent possibility to get to know interesting people and to extent your networks.

Please notice: Since the number of participants on each speacial-topic table is limited, we will not be able to consider all wishes. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Probably we will also need to charge a fee of 10€ per person for participanting at the Conference Dinner. The fee will also be paid during the conference. In the case that the fee is omitted, we will inform you on this page in time.

The Conference Dinner will take place on Saturday, November 2nd from 18:00 to 21:00.

After the dinner there will be many possibilities to explore the nightlife of Heidelberg on your own.
